  INDIVIDUAL COACHING STAFF QUALIFICATIONS:
  Based on a point system from the High Point Banquet.
  Points will be given to each placement of athletes –
  1^st Place being worth 10 Points and
  10^th Place being worth 1 Point. 
  Two awards will be given, 1 for the North and 1 for the South.
