Saturday:  Prelims for Large and Small Gym Levels 1-5.   School, Youth League, All Star Rec and Dance Team Finals and Awards
Sunday:    Large and Small Gym Levels 1-5 Finals and Awards. 

PARENTS PLEASE BE IN ARENA AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS PERFORMANCE.

Be sure and look for the AC on tour Booth.  It's going to be a party.  AC on Tour will feature a favorite Cheer Music DJ to keep the party going.  There will also be an interactive Lounge for guest to hang out and enjoy the experiance.  Americas got Talent Season 6 finalist Steven Retchless will also perform his world famous aerial work.

ATTENTION COACHES:  Payment made the last 2 weeks before competition must be paid by Credit Card, Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order.

Coaches - Competition fee is FREE for Two per team. Additional bands can purchased for $25(band only), $35(Coach band & gift). Additional gifts can be purchased for $10 each.  All coaches must submit names in order to get a armband. When picking up armband you must show ID. Armbands will be picked up at the specified coaches' window at the ticket booth, Please fill out the printable form above and fax in. Please report to Registration at least 2 hours prior to warm up time. Please report and check in with warm ups 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember everyone wants the competition to run on time and in correct order.  PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

ATTENTION PARENTS: When Photgraphers are present, the Pictures will only be available at competition.  Photo's will not be availble online  Our program schedule must be printed in advance!  Many times the program will not have LATE CHANGES OR TEAM THAT REGISTERED LATE!  We also have Individuals that will add an event at the competition.  This event will may not be on the schedule.  No one may bring food or drinks into venue.  Video tapping is allowed all Cheer Power events including all Nationals, plus all Athletes will get a DVD copy of their performance.

Floor Type:
This competition is on a spring floor for Cheer, Marley Floor for Dance

Warm up Floor:
Please report and check in with warm ups 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember everyone wants the competition to run on time and in correct order.  PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS HAPPEN.  Teams will receive 6 minutes on two 12' X 60' spring runs. and 6 minutes on a 42' X 54' cheer floor.  A sound system will be provided.

MUSIC:
 Bring 2 quality recorded CDs or an MP3 player. 
 Provide a representative to run music at the music station.
 Music systems are different; therefore, coaches are strongly advised to create routines that finish at least 5 seconds before the maximum time limit in order to avoid time limit penalties.
 If a mistake is made because of Cheer Power’s/Power Dance’s personnel or sound system failure, the team will be allowed to perform again from the point in the routine where the mistake was made.
