We strongly believe in the merits of cheerleaders and dancers competing in Individual Events!  In addition to improving an athlete's self-confidence and self esteem, great improvement in an athlete's individual skills carries over to make your teams stronger.  It also brings additional recognition to your gym/school and gives juniors and seniors a chance to win BIG SCHOLARSHIP MONEY.  Of course, the championship trophies, jackets and blankets are also a lot of fun to win! 

     There's an event for everyone:  11 Cheer and 4 Dance Events are held at almost every competition on our schedule.  If an Individual competes in the same event at 3 competitions (not including summer Beach Battle) they qualify for the National High Point Awards (Jackets!  Trophies!  Sweatshirts!) given out at a Northern and Southern Banquet (held during Individual Nationals)!  This year, encourage your athletes to try Individual Events at one of our competitions!

     All Cheer Power/Power Dance competitions have Individual Events except if noted on our Calendar and Fees pages.  All highest scores earned before Individual Events Nationals can count for National High Point.  Athletes must compete 3 times in the same category to qualify for National High Point.  High Point Champions win Awesome Jackets  (different from National Champion Jackets).  We have 3 prestigious Individual Events National Championships in 2009 where champions win Letter Jackets.  And, we offer the NATION'S BEST CHEERLEADER & DANCER, the ultimate scholarship competition for athletes in Las Vegas, NV in May..
