Southern National Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure your reservation is cancelled prior to December 19th, 2016. Reservations cancelled after this date are subject to the following penalties.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

·    Any reservations cancelled between December 20 – January 6, 2017 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

·    Any reservations cancelled January 7 – February 3rd, 2017 will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

·    Any reservation cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a one night room and tax cancellation penalty by the hotel.**

THESE CANCELLATION FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE

**If the credit card provided is not valid and chargeable in the amount of one night’s room and tax per each room reserved, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

The hotel also reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if applicable.

If using a debit card, please be advised the hotel may place a hold, which may include your entire stay, taxes and fees, and/or incidentals. This hold may not accurately reflect the charges you will receive upon check out. If a hold is placed on your debit card, it could take up to 14 days for funds to return to your account once payment is provided to the hotel. Neither the hotel nor Connections Housing are responsible for any overdrafts or loss of funds.
