Please report and check in with warmups 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember everyone wants the competition to run on time and in correct order.

COMPETITION FEES
- Early Bird Fee: due by Friday Oct 25, 2013.
- Early Bird:  Registered and paid 4 weeks prior to event
- On Time: Friday Nov. 15, 2013
COACHES:   Payment made the last 2 weeks before competition must be paid by Credit Card, Cash, or Money Order.
Teams:
- Prices are per athlete

$100 Change Fee for changing a team's ability level/category after the schedule has been posted.

Individuals:
- Prices are per athlete

Age 6 & Under are FREE

Age 60 & older $5 with ID

Active Military $5 with valid ID or FREE in full Military Dress
                                                
 Attention Parents: When Photographers are present, the Pictures will only be available at competition.  Photos will not be available online. Many times the program will not reflect LATE CHANGES OR TEAMS THAT REGISTER LATE! Outside food and/or drinks are not allowed into the venue. Video taping is allowed at all Cheer Power events including all National Championships.Team Athletes receive a free DVD of their performance at each event.


Floor Type:

This competition is on a spring floor.  If Venue is large enough to accommodate a Cheer Floor will be set up for School Teams if 5 or more Schools are registered.

Warm up Floor:
Please report and check in with warm ups 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember everyone wants the competition to run on time and in correct order.  PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS HAPPEN.   A sound system will be provided.  Individuals will have open warmups beginning 30 minutes prior to the first event. Note: Individuals need to bring their own sound equipment if needed.

Legality Verification
It is the coach's responsibility to be current on all level and safety guidelines.  If you have questions concerning any legality, please video tape the stunt or element in question and send it either via email to cheer@cheerpower.com or mail it to 201 Spruce St. Dickinson, TX  77539

MUSIC:
 Bring 2 quality recorded CDs or an MP3 player.   Provide a representative to run music at the music station. Music systems are different; therefore, coaches are strongly advised to create routines that finish at least 5 seconds before the maximum time limit in order to avoid time limit penalties.   If a mistake is made because of Cheer Power’s/Power Dance’s personnel or sound system failure, the team will be allowed to perform again from the point in the routine where the mistake was made.
