ATTENTION COACHES
-
Competition fee is FREE for Two per team. Additional bands can purchased for $30 (band only), $65 (Coach band & gift).  Additional gifts can be purchased for $35 each.  All coaches must submit names in order to get a armband. When picking up armband you must show ID. Armbands will be picked up at the specified coaches' window.  Please fill out the printable form above and fax in.

All Game Day Divisions receive Placement Plaques
1st - 3rd Placements Receive Medals

We will announce the top 3 Overall Game Day placements if there are at least 5 qualifying Schools.  If there are not 5 teams, we will only announce the Champion.
Top Overall Champions receive Jackets, National Trophy, Gold Medals and National Champion Banner

If a team wins their Performance Division and Game Day National Champion, they will receive only 1 set of Jackets for the largest number of athletes performing.

ATTENTION COACHES
- Please report to Registration at least 2 hours prior to war-mup time.
-
Please report and check in with warm-ups 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember everyone wants the competition to run on time and in correct order.

COMPETITION FEES:

All Star Teams (compete twice) Prelims count 25% and Finals count 75%.

 ALL STAR AND SCHOOL TEAMS COMPETE TWICE:  SCORE COUNTS 25% FOR PRELIMS AND 75% FOR FINALS.   ALL STAR PREP TEAMS, YOUTH LEAGUES, COMPETE ONCE ON FRIDAY 2/7/14.   GAME DAY WILL COMPETE ONCE ON SATURDAY.

All Star Teams Compete on Spring Floor.  School Teams Compete on Cheer Mat.

Coming from IH-35 North
Use the New Braunfels Street exit, south on New Braunfels to Commerce Street, west on Commerce Street to Cherry Street, south on Cherry Street and into lots.

Coming from IH-35 South
Use US-90 East to New Braunfels Street exit, north on New Braunfels to Commerce Street, west on Commerce Street to Cherry Street, south on Cherry Street and into lots.

Coming from IH-10 East
Use Hackberry Street exit, north on Hackberry to Durango Blvd., west on Durango Blvd. To Cherry Street, North on Cherry Street and into lots.

Coming from IH-10 West
Use IH-35 north to New Braunfels Street exit, south on New Braunfels to Commerce Street, West on Commerce Street to Cherry Street, south on Cherry Street and into lots.

Coming from IH-37 South
Use Durango Blvd. exit, east on Durango Blvd. to Cherry Street, north on Cherry Street and into lots.

Coming from US 281 North
Use Durango Blvd. exit, east on Durango Blvd to Cherry Street, north on Cherry Street and into lots.

Attention Parents:
Universal Event Photography will be taking Action Shots at this Competition. The Pictures will only be available at competition.  Photo's will not be available online. Many times the program will not reflect LATE CHANGES OR TEAMS THAT REGISTER LATE! Outside food and/or drinks are not allowed into the venue. Video taping is allowed at all Cheer Power events including all National Championships. Team Athletes receive a free DVD of their performance at each event.

Warm up Floor:
Please report and check in with warm ups 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember everyone wants the competition to run on time and in correct order.  PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS HAPPEN.  A sound system will be provided. 

Legality Verification
It is the coach's responsibility to be current on all level and safety guidelines.  If you have questions concerning any legality, please video tape the stunt or element in question and send it either via email to cheer@cheerpower.com or mail it to 201 Spruce St. Dickinson, TX  77539

Music:
Bring 2 quality recorded CDs or an MP3 player.   Provide a representative to run music at the music station. Music systems are different; therefore, coaches are strongly advised to create routines that finish at least 5 seconds before the maximum time limit in order to avoid time limit penalties.   If a mistake is made because of Cheer Power’s/Power Dance’s personnel or sound system failure, the team will be allowed to perform again from the point in the routine where the mistake was made.
